AI or PDF format with high pixel. And the text or words must be converted to curve.
Raw Material and Printing colour:
40gsm/45gsm offset paper or 50gsm/55gsm LWC paper ( light coated paper) and 70gsm white craft paper or 70gsm unbleached craft paper and 80gsm coated paper.
It should be single colour, two colours, or multicolor artwork as following picture. web-fed printing with environmentally friendly water-based ink, ( metallic printing / normal printing with foil / just foil )
Colorfast even gift wrpping paper wetted and No harm to skin while wiping body.
Heavy metal contents in printing ink on wrapping paper surface can pass the SGS test.
Normal Wrapping Paper Size and Packing:
(a) 20inch x 27.56inch each sheet of gift wrapping paper.
(b) 20inch x 30inch each sheet of gift wrapping paper.
(c) 27.56inch x 120inch each gift wrapping paper roll.
(d) 30inch x 120inch each gift wrapping paper roll.
(e) 30inch x 200 inch each roll, 30inch x 400 inch each roll, 30inch x 2000 inch each roll or even more bigger size of gift wrapping paper roll.
There will be a slight variance in size from brand to brand but will usually fall within the guidelines listed above.
Package will be finished on your demand. Usually the packaging way of wrapping paper sheet and gift wrapping paper roll is different
(1)For gift wrapping paper sheet,100 sheets or 200 sheets each polybag.
(2)For gift wrapping paper roll, single roll shink wrapped and then 48 rolls each PDQ or display box.
All wrapping paper packaging should be with your brand. (You can also select colorful paper box, PVC tube box, paper display box or polybag)
Order Quantity and Lead time :
No special shipping quantity limited. For small quantity such as 50 rolls, 100 rolls, or 500 rolls, we will act as sample order.
New sample time for creating yourself design is about 10-15 days. We will express the samples to you for confirmation before the order produce.
The lead time for bulk gift wrapping paper tissue product is according to the actual order quantity. 15 days for less than 5000 rolls and 25 days for one 20ft container.
